Compliance Courses : To assist employees to understand the federal, state, and/or college policies to which they are held accountable, Edmonds Community College has designated several trainings as mandatory for all permanent/regular college employees. These trainings include: State Ethics, Sexual Harassment Prevention, Diversity Basics, FERPA, New Employee Orientations and, in some cases, CPR/ First Aid. As the training arm of the Human Resources Division, ODET coordinates the trainings and tracks participation. Employees must renew their training every 3 to 5 years. All compliance training is currently delivered online, except New Employee Orientation and CPR/1st Aid.
