ODET
Programs and Services
ODET programs are designed for adult learners. Programs include: business skill-building, community building, leadership, diversity, compliance, wellness, and recognition. In-class courses are typically held in the Employee Training Center in the North Campus Complex, Clearview 121. ODET services include: strategic planning facilitation, group facilitation, customized team training, new employee orientation, and employee relations support. ODET also partners with campus stake holders to coordinate and/or support development efforts in the areas of faculty development, sustainability, technology and institutional effectiveness.
