Cardio Kick Boxing Master Cyrus Raeisi Every Friday 3-4pm SEA 119
Master Cyrus Raeisi has been a Tae Kwon Do instructor for 25 years. He has taught in Iran, Kuwait, and the U.S. Master Raeisi is a sixth Dan Black Belt certified by W.T.F the Tae Kwon Do Korea. He is a member of the World Tae Kwon Do Federation and the United States Tae Kwon Do Union. |

Cardio Kick Boxing is a low impact, self-paced, well-rounded cardio workout that combines elements of Pilates, tae bo, yoga, aerobics, kickboxing using balls and one’s own body weight. This is a stress-reducing, strength-building workout! It also offers body conditioning and flexibility. You will be refreshed following a strenuous workout. No previous experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing such as sweats or short, tennis shoes. Class is limited to 15.
